Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia & New Zealand — $6.99 flat rate
Orders over $75 — free shipping worldwide

Processing and delivery times
Orders are typically printed and shipped within 7 days of purchase. Once shipped, please allow 2–5 business days for delivery. Deliveries to some destinations may take longer. Delivery times are estimates only and may be extended during holiday periods.

Where orders are printed
Orders for the United States are printed in the USA. Orders for Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are printed regionally whenever possible, which shortens delivery times and avoids most customs charges.

Customs and import fees
Most orders are printed in the destination region and do not cross a customs border. Where an order does cross a border, the destination country may charge import VAT, duties or handling fees on delivery. These charges are set by the destination country, are the responsibility of the customer, and cannot be predicted or refunded by us.

Order tracking
A tracking link is sent by email when your order ships.

Shipping address
Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. SOUNDOSE is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete.

Lost or damaged shipments
If your order is lost in transit by the carrier or arrives damaged, contact support@soundose.com with your order number (and photos in the case of damage) and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable statutory rights under the laws of your state or country.
