Refund policy

Every SOUNDOSE shirt is printed for you after you order it.

If something arrived wrong
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or it isn't the item you ordered, you get a full refund. Email support@soundose.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll take care of it. The item must be unworn and in the condition you received it.

Change of mind
We don't offer change-of-mind returns on catalogue shirts, because each one is printed to order. Please check the size guide before ordering. If you're between sizes, email us first and we'll help you pick.

European Union and United Kingdom
If your order is delivered in the EU or the UK, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Email support@soundose.com with your order number within those 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. Return postage is on you unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of proof that you sent it.

Your legal rights
Nothing here limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded under the laws of your country, including the EU legal guarantee of conformity, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

We may update this policy from time to time, never into something unreasonable.
